This month has seen strong structural progress on site, with Basement Four now opened up following formwork removal, marking a key step toward ground level, while Basements Three and Two have been completed including columns and ramp structures, and the first slab pour to Basement One has also been achieved as the structure continues to rise. The hydraulic jump formwork system for the stair and lift cores is now operational with the first core pour complete, enabling efficient level-by-level progression. Across the lower levels, approximately 2,000 cubic metres of concrete has been poured forming a substantial structural base, with trades now commencing in-slab services and permanent lighting installed to support ongoing site activity.
